Please note that prices appearing here are valid for products purchased online only. This pricing does not necessarily reflect that of the print version of SCIENTIFICS catalog. As a result, they do not apply when purchasing the same or similar products via phone, fax, or by mail. Prices appearing here are subject to change without notice and are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to correct pricing and specification misprints.
Delivery
Items are shipped from stock, assuring fast delivery to you. We use FedEx, UPS and USPS Postal Service. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will receive a back order notice via e-mail. The balance of your order will be shipped promptly.
Standard Shipping
Ground shipments placed before 3PM EST leave our warehouse same day. Your order ships via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, with a 1-6 day arrival time depending on your location. If you require faster delivery, please choose 2 Day or Next Day Shipping. Orders for AK or HI ship via USPS Priority mail or Parcel Post, depending on size and weight. Shipments to US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and American Samoa) generally ship USPS Parcel Post. Please allow adequate time for delivery. You can always contact us to make different shipment arrangements.

Our Customers in AK and HI
Standard shipping charges are for USPS Parcel Post. We do use Priority mail when possible, and depending on size and weight. Please allow us to 2 weeks for delivery.
Express Delivery
For all orders shipped in the continental US. Express orders must be received online by 2 PM EST or by phone by 2PM EST to be shipped express delivery on same day (2-day, overnight, or priority overnight). No weekend delivery. Orders to AK and HI are charged the express rate plus an additional $10.00 to be applied when the order is processed. Please note that express shipping begins at the point when Edmund Scientific processes your order and not at the time that it is placed online. Shipping time may vary, as it is subject to product availability and payment processing/credit approval periods.
Shipments PO Boxes
Orders to post office boxes are sent via USPS. In order to facilitate tracking and verify delivery, we order postal insurance for your package at a small extra charge.
Warranty Information
Edmund Scientific brand microscopes, telescopes, binoculars and magnifiers have a five year warranty. See your warranty information for details. For other products, manufaturer's warranty information is available. Contact our Customer Service Department for details.
Damaged Products
If your package arrives damaged, immediately notify the carrier's local office. They will pick it up and return it to ES at no expense to you.
How to Return or Exchange Items:
- 1) CALL 800-728-6999 for a Return Authorization Number
- 2) ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S BOX which must be in new, unmarked condition. ES will not accept returned merchandise which displays use or misuse or is not in its original manufacturer's box. Instructions and warranty card must be included.
- 3) Complete the Merchandise Return Form and return it with the merchandise.
- 4) Place item and return form into a shipping carton, and tape the box securely.

- 7) Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.
Repair or Defective Items
If an item is defective and you are returning it within 30 days, please send back the entire product, not just the defective part. After the 30-day trial period, consult the warranty instructions enclosed with the item. These returns must be made to the manufacturer. All ES warrantied products are to be returned to:
