It arrived right away at my home in Honolulu, but I was on my way to New York City. I returned recently, and opened the box, and it was exactly as I envisioned, and it was easy to set up.. But alas, it lacked the discharge valve that is mentioned in the produce information of Edmund Scientific, so with just a circle cut out at the bottom, the barrel is useless. Was it a mistake in the packing?
