Quality Value Price I love both butterflys. Gorgeous color and life like action. Have purchased many and given them as presents, everyone is thrilled to receive them. Wish there were more to select from.

Quality Value Price I read the description and then the reviews. It's exactly what was described so I wasn't expecting a full blown robot butterfly with a.i., but for simple animatronics it's awesome. We used it in a window display and connected the butterfly to a picture of a tulip. The twist tie wires easily hold it into place (we punched small holes in the picture) and the power cord was easy to hide. What impresses me the most is how realistic the flapping motion is. Up close there is no mistaking it's not real, but used subtly it's a very inexpensive way to add a little magic to the modern world. I would not recommend this as a toy for a young child. It will be destroyed in minutes.

Quality Value Price I got this for a friend's daughter for her 6th birthday. It is a LOT bigger than I expected, but then I've never seen the real thing in person so for all I know it is life-sized. The wings aren't totally realistic, they are pretty but very obviously just paper, and the wires are very noticeable. Also, the wings are slow to flap, it takes about 15-20 seconds for them to flap up and down once. I wasn't that impressed with it, but she LOVED it so I gave it 4 stars.
