Quality Value Price in darkness, the ends of optic fiber light look like floating blue dots. When I turned, the base, the dots moved in sync, leaving 'red trails' behind them . (if you've been staring @ it for long enough) mesmerizing:-)

Quality Value Price Definitely a good investment! Looks great when lit up in the dark and is mesmerizing to play with. Try aiming a laser pointer at it!

Quality Value Price This was a great purchase for my son on his 8th birthday. We turn it on every night. It's nice that he can hold it...last night he held it up and looked from underneath and discovered it makes a cool wave pattern when you move it. Awesome toy!

Quality Value Price I love fiber optic lamps and I bought this for my 6 year old for Christmas as more a stocking stuffer. I LOVE this lamp, my kids love it...I intend to order a few more just for MY room!

Quality Value Price For anyone who responds to a pretty light show in the dark, this is the thing. For a baby boomer, it brings back memories of the 60's. Does not come with a plug into the wall, although one can be purchased. The base looks cheap, but hey, it's just a light toy. It's fun.

Quality Value Price Our children have loved their mini-fiber optic light, as do all of their friends when they come to visit. It makes an excellent nightlight, magical moon for dolls, spooky story telling illumination, etc.

Quality Value Price This is a beautiful light. My son holds it and bunches up the fibers while looking at it, so fibers fall out of it a bit, but it makes a lovely night light.
