Very impressive charger. Works fine for my Palm via adapter. I purchased it from the company's site separately as it was not among the bundled 5. They were helpful to help me select the matching one. Good item, good service. Very recommended if you like to have a reserve power-up option for hiking, travelling and business trips.

Last month read a review in a magazine, got mine from EdSci. Awesome device. Works fine on my Blackberry and Motorola. Good tech support - answered my questions and they also have tons more adapters online.

This solar charger was given to me over the holidays. Unfortunately, mine does not work correctly: 1.) The ON/OFF switch does nothing--it does not shut off the DC output of the charger. 2.) The battery status indicator does not light at any state of battery charge. 3.) The output voltage is WAY too high. It's 5.5V unloaded, but rises to 6 volts with only a very light (20 mA) load. The MAXIMUM specified voltage for USB is 5.25 V. My Ipod wasn't too pleased with this overvoltage, and it appears that the Ipod's headphone amp may have been harmed. Overall, the design of the product is not bad; I suspect that I just received a dud. (For the record, I did read the instruction sheet... and I also have a degree in electrical engineering, so I speak with at least some authority).
