Price Value Quality I love these eyes!! I decorate my house every year and i love to have eyes in the windows. These are the best eyes I have found. They last a long time and are sturdy and well built. They are a bit pricey but worth the cost compared to other eyes.

Price Value Quality I purchased these even though I read some bad reviews of them on the internet. I agree with the reviews that there is a loud high pitched noise that comes from the device. It changes pitch depending on the blinking state. If the unit is set to stay lit then the noise stays constant. This appears due to poor quality electrical components that are not shielded properly or something. It is not extremely loud but is easily heard and is very annoying. You do not want it on in the same room you are in! It may scare off some dogs with its high pitched whining :)
The quality of the plastic is very good and the eyes do look very cool when lit up.
MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT is that blinking is pretty fast and continuous. This makes it look unrealistic. I wish they made it so that they would blink intermittently every so many seconds or even randomly for a much better look.
MY FINAL THOUGHT:
I am still glad I bought these and I can't wait to try them out this coming Halloween, however, I would not purchase them again.
