Quality Value Price The piece that spins the tops broke the first time it was ever used, and that was with my husband using it to be sure the kids didn't over-wind it. Terrible disappointment! We're hoping to exchange it in case the one we got was just a dud, but the kids were very unhappy about the quality of the toy.
