Actually, the STARGATE program was defunded due to a few skeptics not paying attention to the results, not because it didn't work. As with anything like this, there was varying degrees of success but some of the viewings were spectacular, like one group seeing the first Typhoon class Russian sub weeks before it launched and way before intelligence sources knew of it.
Skeptics will miss and dismiss advances in science, just like the Catholic church liked to burn heretics at the stake. Anything to not have to evolve beyond their comfort zone. For those who don't want to spend the money, there are plenty of beginner courses available for free on line or at the library.

This doesn't belong in a science catalog. What next, Ouija boards? I'm disappointed, and even worried about you, Edmunds. The presence of this item in your catalog taints everything else, makes me wonder how careful your vetting process is, makes everything else suspect. I've reluctantly tossed your catalog into the recycle bin, despite having found many items I was prepared to order for family and friends.

Yeah, well the reason it was declassified was because it was found to be a pointless waste of funds -- not one thing the remote viewers saw turned out to be anywhere near reality. Take this as it should be - an exercise in fun, but no more valid than a yes-no pendulum!
