supurb marble run

This is the best Marble run we have seen. I wish I had found this before we bought the others. It fits together snuggly and for an active 10 with autism. This is the best so far. He will melt down when things dont work right... and marble runs fall apart to easily most of the time. And we have spent much more money on most of them. Well worth the money and so much fun.

Remarkably disappointing and frustrating

This toy is a good concept that is executed very poorly. While one could potentially build many many different models, the truth is that it is very touchy and it's difficult to make anything but the box design work. Many of the pieces are difficult to put together, even with adult hands and patience. One important piece breaks very easily. Even the gears themselves are largely decorative, rather than functional; look at the picture on the box and you'll see that most gears aren't actually connected to anything. It would be a terrific toy, if only it were designed better and made from better materials.

Not as fun as it looks!

This looks great, but only works if built to the specified layout, and even then the plastic is not rigid enough and it falls apart, forcing you to rebuild and reconnect. We love marble runs and own four of five different ones- this is the worst one.
